Abberbury is the corporate finance advisory brand of the GRE Group, a group of companies established in 2006 with its head office in Oxford, United Kingdom.
The group’s activities fall into two divisions.
The real estate division covers residential development under the GRE Assets brand, with projects in the United Kingdom and Spain, together with property management through Modern Living Properties, facilities management through kServe, and construction and subcontracting businesses.
The financial services division covers corporate finance advisory, including mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory and restructuring, and growth equity, and management consultancy, through Abberbury and London Merchant Bank, an entity registered with the Financial Conduct Authority.
